Undertake the daily work of the Party Committee of the Taihu Lake Laboratory. Undertake the daily management of scientific research projects of the Taihu Lake Laboratory. Responsible for the construction of scientific research project management system; Responsible for implementing the relevant requirements of the Council and the Academic Committee, undertaking the secretariat work of the Academic Committee, organizing the Academic Committee to complete research development planning and the preparation of independent research guidelines and guidelines, preparing and coordinating annual research and production comprehensive plans, contract management, cost management, quality management, cost control, and achievement transformation.
